Bend and Redmond Inventory Comparison
The recent publication of the Bratton Appraisal Group reserch substantiates MLS ( Multiple Listing Service) data that the Bend and Redmond Single Family Residential Real Estate Market Inventory is shrinking. The next four charts will show the dramatic difference between the January 2011 inventory and the Inventory in August 2009.
